Claim	Click an empty square. Press Claim. Confirm in the wallet. View parcel only looks — it does not mint.
Customize	Own a tile → Customize → Save to chain. Everyone sees the look. Names do not draw on the grid.
Trade	List to sell. Amber pulse means for sale. Market takes 4%. You can also bid, then Withdraw.
